I'm a wellness and food content creator based on the beautiful Kapiti Coast, New Zealand. Most people know me through my food blog Hope & Sauté, where I share nourishing recipes that actually taste amazing.
Having lived and worked across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, I bring a global perspective to content creation. My journey started in 2020 during NZ's first lockdown — blending my passions for food, nutrition, and photography.
I'm a qualified health coach holding a Diploma in Naturopathic Health Coaching from the College of Naturopathic Medicine (London) and a Diploma in Health Science from the Naturopathic College of New Zealand, which means real credibility behind the wellness content I create. As a mum of two, I understand what resonates with busy women who want simple, wholesome food and lifestyle content.

All content remains the intellectual property of Verity Hansen until full payment is received. By purchasing a package, the brand agrees to the following terms:
Organic use permits posting on the brand's own social media channels only. Paid ad use permits running content as sponsored/boosted advertising for the specified duration.
Morality & Termination: Either party may revoke usage rights with 7 days' written notice if the other party becomes publicly associated with conduct that is illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, or reasonably likely to damage the other party's reputation or personal brand. Upon termination, the brand must remove all active content within 14 days.
No sublicensing: Content may not be resold, redistributed, or licensed to third parties without prior written consent.
